📨 Order Showing Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 24 hours so we can investigate with our courier partners.

🧾 Checking Your Package

Once your order arrives, we recommend checking the package carefully at the time of opening.

Please make sure all items included in your order are present (for example: dupatta, pants, blouse piece, or any set components).

❗ Missing items or accessories reported after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.


Received a Damaged Product?

If your item arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • A proper unboxing video showing:
    • Sealed outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • The product and visible damage
    • Order details on the package or invoice

Requests without a complete unboxing video will not be considered for exchange or resolution.
