Exchange Policy

At Agira, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent exchange process.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds, only exchanges.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues, fitting concerns, damaged items, or switching to another product.
  • If you select a different product, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly (pay extra or receive the balance).

📌 Important:
An unboxing video and clear product photos are mandatory to process any exchange request. Requests without proper proof will not be approved.

Requests made after the exchange window will not be accepted.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • We offer reverse pickup service for your convenience.
  • A ₹200 pickup fee will be applicable.
  • Alternatively, you can ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

📌 If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, self-shipping will be required.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

🔄 Exchange Terms

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only
  • Once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again
  • Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item passes our quality check

💸 Price Adjustment

If exchanging for a different product:

  • If the new item is higher in price → you pay the difference
  • If the new item is lower in price → the balance will be refunded

🚫 Important Guidelines

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Products that are used, worn, or washed will not be accepted
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
